  It was easy to order online, and they offered additions to personalize the order. Haley called to to verify delivery instructions, and the delivery went well. Recipient loved her bouquet. Great job!

  We walked in looking for a bouquet, when we walked in nobody spoke to us there was only one other customer in there. We found the flowers we liked when asked an employee how do we go about getting them she responded “just grab it, if not someone will help you in a second.” We were already there for over 5 minutes. When we were leaving one person spoke and said “have a good day” needless to say due to the lack of customer service we didn’t buy anything!

  A contractor delivered roses, but one was completely broken. Unable to reach them on the phone, I emailed customer support. They requested I bring the entire arrangement to them for repairs, despite having already paid almost $40 for delivery. Regrettably, this exact issue had occurred last year, but they promptly resolved it by sending out another arrangement. I was assured that they would no longer employ that contractor. On a positive note, I’ve ordered flowers for occasions other than major holidays, and they’ve always arrived undamaged and looking beautiful. However, I was disappointed this time and didn’t have the time to return the flowers on Valentine’s Day. Consequently, I won’t be paying for delivery for flowers on holidays in the future

  We ordered an arrangement for a funeral and were very pleased with the finished product. It was among the best arrangements there. The flowers were very fresh, fragrant, and beautiful. I have never been disappointed by George’s and recommend them for all occasions. - Eric

  I am absolutely in love with the service of this place. I called because I wanted an arrangement, but I had no idea what flowers I should be getting or what they were called. I just knew she liked tiger lily’s And her favorite color was orange. I called a month ahead of time just to make sure my flowers would arrive on time. i let the lady know I had no idea what I was doing and she got right to work. She was really wonderful in assisting me into getting exactly what I visioned in my mind just over the phone. when I got to the pick up date and the people at the store were very friendly and polite. I was a little nervous about how I was going to transport the vase. however turns out they have me covered there too! they gave me this pretty green box that matched my bouquet. when the flowers were given she said they looked wonderful and started crying. Overall, I think this was an excellent choice and I will definitely be ordering here again. thank you george’s flowers!!
