For as expensive as it is to order these and have them delivered (+ tip for delivery person) the least they could do is attempt to make them look like the photo. This is honestly pathetic - if I could do it myself I would (but I’m stationed in Hawaii and my family is in VA)…People are likely paying at least a 50% markup for this service - have some pride in your work and do better. (First pic is what they received…second is what it SHOULD look like).

Days before ordering, I asked If there were a lot of orders for the chosen date, I was told no. After delivery, my mother sent me the pictures, I called the store for explanation. I was told there were a lot of orders and it must’ve gotten shifted around. Looks more so like it was sampled. I don’t recommend this place at all. Alexander provided a $50 refund. He seems nice, but their products and their presentation leave much to be desired. This is not reflective of the company. I have used this company in other cities and other states without this problem. This was a huge disappointment, see photos below.
