- DJDuane JohnsonDec 15, 20251.0Belk has some issues. My orders were online and none could be shipped to store for pickup leaving me to deal with rescheduling deliveries. One item was definitely not worth it. The return was in store. Belk makes the process ridiculously difficult with sending an email that doesn't have the correct bar code leaving you to find the original purchase email for them to process the return. Why send a "return" email to show in the store if its worthless to the cashier to use? The products were ok at best, the prices are meh, and when doing the returns they keep trying to sell you something else. I thought Macy's had went downhill - which they have - but Belk... Honestly unless they have a major change it will be the last time I shop at Belk.
