- NHNorm HudsonFeb 4, 20261.0This is for the Belk at Tanglewood. I needed several items on the second floor and this is what I encountered. No elevator or escalator working and you can't enter from the second floor of the mall. As a customer I'm not searching for stairs to shop in your store. You better get it together or the next going out of business is not far behind.
- BWBlake WaddellJan 31, 20265.0Good store with helpful staff but it needs some improvements. First they need to bring back the entrances inside the mall upstairs and downstairs. They are now closed off and you can only enter and exit from the outside entrance. They also need to fix the escalators and elevators inside the location. You could go down the escalator but not up and the elevator was completely broken and has been for a while. So to go upstairs you have to climb a few flights of stairs. Also they don’t keep much colognes or designer deodorants for men in stock like they do at Valley View but I understand that this is a smaller location so I can see that but the other problems need to be addressed.

One item was definitely not worth it. The return was in store. Belk makes the process ridiculously difficult with sending an email that doesn't have the correct bar code leaving you to find the original purchase email for them to process the return. Why send a "return" email to show in the store if its worthless to the cashier to use? The products were ok at best, the prices are meh, and when doing the returns they keep trying to sell you something else. I thought Macy's had went downhill - which they have - but Belk... Honestly unless they have a major change it will be the last time I shop at Belk.
