  My husband and I walked in and found a pair of shoes perfect for an upcoming wedding. Stephanie was helping us and did not have it in our size, and the product was so new that only one of the two pairs was available online. She worked hard though to coordinate with us on a very tight schedule to make sure both of us had our shoes in time for the event, and they showed up with time to spare! We are always happy to shop here but this was such an above and beyond experience that Im loyal to this store for life!

  I just went in with my wife and daughter on a Saturday. Despite it being the usual weekend mall chaos, the employees were very kind. Our toddler is very shy, but Maya helped her find the perfect shoes for her. Great experience.

  I've been here a few times for my child. Sometimes the staff is amazing and other times they act as though you do not exist. I actually left the store without a purchase my 1st visit, but had to return because I cannot find the item online . The reason I even gave it a 3 star is because I had to deal with a completely different person during an exchange and they were super helpful. I will not go to this location unless it's necessary.

  I was able to successfully return my shoes for a smaller size. The process was easy. The employees there were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back to purchase another pair. Thank you.
