I came in there knowing what I wanted & l told them I wanted to purchase online for in-store pickup due to points I wanted to use during checkout & they were perfectly fine with it. Within 30 minutes of an online mobile checkout, I got a call telling me my order was ready. Whole experience was more conversational than transactional. Great start to the weekend. :)
