  First time there,it has a lot of shops very spacious 😀 Claire's was my favorite great sale I will definitely be back when I return to short pump in a few months.

  Hostile to disabled persons. No easy access to elevators, few if any automated doors, no wheelchair rentals, etc. This should be a 21st century facility where everyone has access. I’m thinking this design is purposefully crafted to keep away older folks and anyone who needs assistance to shop.

  This mall, once a hub of activity, is now in decline. The recent surge in violence and frequent fights have made it unsafe to shop at the Short Pump Mall.

  Short Pump does not care about the safety of its workers. It always opens during the worst weather conditions and refuses to close unless absolutely necessary. It is crazy how much a public shopping center cares more about money than the wellbeing of people.
