I had a really big issue, I wasn't able to blow and hum at the same time which in turn caused a lockout for me. They got that situation completely turned around. I wasn't charged the lockout fee and I no longer have to hum!! They contacted the state for me and had the situation turned around. I have the interlock because of past behavior. But there is no judgment from anyone there. They make it as painless for me as they. can. I truly thank God for placing me with 2600 East Parham Road! Thank you everyone there❤️❤️
