- PRPatrick RamseyOct 24, 20241.0I bought a pair of costa sunglasses and asked for the limited warranty on my glasses because I know how I am with them… meaning I break glasses all the time at work… long story short I didn’t double check my receipt, I figured the price at near 300$ had the warranty in it… turns out they didn’t put the warranty on, and I contacted about getting a replacement and they tell me I don’t have an option to even replace the shattered lenses and that I have to pay 70% of the purchase price of my glasses to get a replacement… I’m at the point now that I’m boycotting the entire eyewear industry forever if not one company in this debacle can step up and provide customer service worth a damn. I would give anything in my life to go back in time and never buy these after all this crap… 0/10 customer service do not buy sunglasses here without triple checking your receipt for a warranty
