- MAMalikah AkbarDec 2, 20251.0Ordered a tow thru my insurance road side assistance for a morning tow. Driver did not deliver until late night. Requested a drop in the driveway, unable to fulfill due to having a commercial tow truck. Driver dragged my low rider car down the highway wheels up because there was another vehicle on the flatbed. Instead of declining the tow so that it could be done properly and in a timely manner the driver decided that damaging the rear of the vehicle and completely breaking off and DESTROYING AN ENTIRE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY was more ethical and to add insult to injury they are falsifying the details on the claim to avoiding being held responsible for subpar service. Please beware and if they show up for roadside assistance do your self a favor and decline.
