  This was not a very good experience to say the least. Once I made the appointment I did get a confirmation which was great, but then I got two emails and texts from different numbers about the appointment. When I reached back out to the numbers individually I did not hear anything back, nor from an email. I then texted all the numbers together and finally someone said they were the point of contact. I then asked if they got my ASAP approval and heard nothing, so I then texted all four numbers until a different person finally told me they had, but this was after I went to the garage. At the garage, they were less than friendly, but they got it installed. They told me how to use it but no pointers no other explanations, almost like they were doing me a favor. I had to inquire about the sensitivity, and if I need to come back in at some point to get it calibrated as had heard I might. They then told me the system was down and they couldn’t give me a signed certificate, but that they would definitely email it to me in 2-3 hours. Well 4 hours go by and I have not heard anything, so I email, I text all four numbers and I can the main line and have to leave a message. (This is Monday) On Tuesday I want to go to ASAP to get everything completed, but I still have not heard anything. I again reach out and hear nothing. Finally one of the numbers sends me a signed certificate. I print it quickly and go to ASAP only to realize I was sent someone else’s signed certificate. Luckily they could see I completed the install so they completed my paperwork. I finally on Wednesday got a signed copy of my install, some 36 hours later, with no apologies or sorry for the inconvenience, again as if they were doing me a favor for something unpaid for.

  Ordered a tow thru my insurance road side assistance for a morning tow. Driver did not deliver until late night. Requested a drop in the driveway, unable to fulfill due to having a commercial tow truck. Driver dragged my low rider car down the highway wheels up because there was another vehicle on the flatbed. Instead of declining the tow so that it could be done properly and in a timely manner the driver decided that damaging the rear of the vehicle and completely breaking off and DESTROYING AN ENTIRE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY was more ethical and to add insult to injury they are falsifying the details on the claim to avoiding being held responsible for subpar service. Please beware and if they show up for roadside assistance do your self a favor and decline.
