  I came here because of the $5 pink ticket items. I was able to purchase a few things. That's where everything else goes down hill. I made the purchase with my JCP card, and normally I could make a payment on the card right then. The register would not accept my DEBIT card payment, the associate tried another register and then another🙄. No luck I asked for a supervisor Nazifa(sp) who tried to assist no luck I asked her to call customer service. Why that was the absolute worst decision ever. They did NOT assist at all. Finally after 25 minutes or more I asked what is the other pay options. I was told by check I wish I was told the 20 minutes ago. I will NOT use the JCP credit card EVER AGAIN. Oh, did I mention they don't even accept their own JCP Rewards card anymore you have to give them your number or email address on file smdh what a joke. This store has gone down hill. So disappointing..

  I gave it 3 stars because the cashier, Wanda, is rude and insulting. It didn't look like i had paid for the item and instead of being professional, she decided to insult me. I won't be visiting here again.

  Stood in line for 40 minutes today to return an entire order of 4 items that didn't fit. Once finished, the lady at the register said I would receive my confirmation of return by email. When home, I see that she only scanned s 3 out of the 4 items I gave her. I called corporate and they said they couldn't help me and to call the store. I've spent the last hour attempting to call the store and at one time let it ring for 16 minutes. In calling other departments, I was hung up on. It's not wonder these department stores are going out of business. It looks like my only option is return to the store and speak to someone in person, hopefully not to have to wait 40 minutes again in line to do so, and hoping they take responsibility for their mistake and I am able to get my refund for the item I have already returned to them.

  I want to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Angela in the jewelry department when I tell you, my experience was beyond amazing looking for a wedding band for my fiancé . She made every step so special and I’m so grateful that I had her help ! She was beyond patient with me ! Planning a wedding is already stressful enough but to have someone care and take their time with you not rushing you just made my day! If it wasn’t too late l I would invite Mrs.Angela to the wedding 😭 I could go on and on about the her amazing customer service!!!!! But I want to say thank you so much !
