Once finished, the lady at the register said I would receive my confirmation of return by email. When home, I see that she only scanned s 3 out of the 4 items I gave her. I called corporate and they said they couldn't help me and to call the store. I've spent the last hour attempting to call the store and at one time let it ring for 16 minutes. In calling other departments, I was hung up on. It's not wonder these department stores are going out of business. It looks like my only option is return to the store and speak to someone in person, hopefully not to have to wait 40 minutes again in line to do so, and hoping they take responsibility for their mistake and I am able to get my refund for the item I have already returned to them.

She made every step so special and I’m so grateful that I had her help ! She was beyond patient with me ! Planning a wedding is already stressful enough but to have someone care and take their time with you not rushing you just made my day! If it wasn’t too late l I would invite Mrs.Angela to the wedding 😭 I could go on and on about the her amazing customer service!!!!! But I want to say thank you so much !
- SWSunshine WatsonSep 20, 20253.0Some of the employees there are unwilling to assist.Younger employees walking around on their personal phones.I asked one of them where was customer service and she said "you are going in the right direction just keep straight",which I did.That way came to a dead end,led me right into housewares.I turned around made another turn,and found it myself.She should have said "when you get to the end make a left,then a right,or better instead,she should have led me there.I was pretty much going in circles I even went back downstairs to ask.The employees in the jewelry department are wonderful.
