- NBNo-y BFeb 2, 20261.0They never answer the phone after calling 10 times back to back to check the status of my online order. This is not the first time, I called to cancel an order the order day and the same thing happened. Then when they did answer the phone, it always sounds like they are outside and walking back into the building. They act like they can never hear me on the phone and keep disconnecting the calls. I have to keep calling back to back and the same thing keeps happening. The website says, after the order is received to the store, the order will be delivered within 1 hour. That was not the case, as I had to call to check the status of my order that was placed at 6:00 AM, then they started making my order. My order took all day and was delivered by 2 P.M. Thank goodness the student was still at school to receive her birthday gift.

The fruit even on the day delivered was not the quality I am used to from Edible Arrangements. Try to contact the company, the refer you back to the store. I'm not sure this store answers the phone. Called the corporate number again explained I'd like the order redelivered or refunded. Never heard back. How do I find out this is resolved with out asking the person who sent it? I think the corporate office needs to take a little more responsibility. The quality should reflect the price and if there's an issue someone should resolve it. Companies that ignore customer issues don't stay in business long.
