When the order arrives it was not delivered in a refrigerated vehicle as promised on the website. When we recieved the items I couldn't believe the quality in which they were in. The flowers all squashed and half dead. They werent in water or the vace. ALSO they were not even the correct flowers I ordered. I ordered yellow and pink and received purple. The edible arrangement was thawed and one of the strawberries even had mold on it. This was the first time I've used this service and I am beyond disappointed. Imagine if I wasn't there when the order was delivered I had to basically assemble the order myself and rebuild the bouquet to seem somewhat presentable. I've submitted a claim and waited over 48 hours and have not recieved any word from the store at all. I've tried calling all morning and no one picks up the phone. Ridiculous!
