  Okay keep in mind that this was my favorite store my whole house and a lot of my clothes come from Citi trend I buy some of everything out of there the managers know me but this Sunday I encountered two unprofessionals they were really unprofessional we had a disagreement with prices I'm I'm telling him I got these things from the markdown rack he's telling me there's no such thing I said well the clearance of whatever you call it I told him what things I was going to get that was on sale and it was some particular pants that was on sale he didn't even ring them up it was sad I won't be going back again and usually when I walk in a place in prosper those two ignorant people they wouldn't give me no names or nothing but I feel like federal agents set them up to do that you know they was doing a lot of picking yesterday they're just intimidated but I hated it and I had picked up on some things that I really wanted and I had to leave it and that's something I don't do no one can never say I walked out of a store and just left my stuff there pet stores no more good to me

  Big men's section gone. They decided not to sell clothes for men over 110 lbs, basically little boys clothes.

  DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE. THE MANAGER IS NO GOOD. HE WOULD RATHER WAIT ON A MAN THAN TO HELP A FEMALE RETRIEVE AN ITEM. I WAS FIRST. WILL NEVER GO BACK

  Poor customer service!!!! I wasn't greatest by any of the employees. I was asked if I needed help. And I had to wait at the To register for about 4 or 5 minutes before I could be checked out
