Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

When I went to go checkout the store manager was extremely unprofessional. An associate forgot to remove sensors from my items . As someone who works in retail this is a part of the basic job description, however I understand mistakes happen . However the reston store is closest to me and it is a far drive . I voiced my complaints to the manager and she said there was “nothing she could do about it “ and wasn’t even offering anything to make up for the inconvenience.

- ERerin richardsonAug 11, 20251.0I work in retail myself and was wildly disappointed in the kind of employees in the store, barely said a word, did not say hello, did not ask if they could help, were unkind, and unfriendly especially when she told me they don’t make the leggings I asked about and had seen in store (NOT ON MARKDOWN) the previous week (august 2nd or 3rd) and didn’t try to help me find an alternative and just turned around and ignored me more. I already had a difficult time buying from lulu as I had never had a good experience in the store but after today i will actually never buy lulu again. i’m disgusted by this middle school behavior from adults and you as a business should be disappointed in yourselves for allowing your employees to make customers feel so uncomfortable that they leave crying.
