We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- SSSierraAldie6 days ago1.0If you have any choice, do NOT go to Lululemon at Reston Town Center! They have horrible customer services! They refused to give me store credit for a return of a new unused product (a backpack) with tag attached and in original packaging even I am the lulu member. This never happens with me at any other Lululemon store. When I requested to talk to the manager, the guy told me that he is the manager and there is nothing he can do to help me. He also told me that I can gift the product to someone else. How rude and unprofessional. When I asked him about the return policy, he told me to call the customer service to complain. It was the worst experience I had among all Lululemon stores, I will never go back there again.

When I went to go checkout the store manager was extremely unprofessional. An associate forgot to remove sensors from my items . As someone who works in retail this is a part of the basic job description, however I understand mistakes happen . However the reston store is closest to me and it is a far drive . I voiced my complaints to the manager and she said there was “nothing she could do about it “ and wasn’t even offering anything to make up for the inconvenience.
