  Don’t bother coming in. I tried to return my online order since I thought it would be easier. The saleman took one look and said the shoes were damage—DAMAGE??? I have to be honest I worn it on to try at home just ONCE and have to take it right off because it makes my feet look like pig feet. Mind you below are the pictures I took of the shoes after my failed attempt to return it in store due to damage of the shoes… Is there any damages in the room with us? I walked out of the store at roughly 12:10-12:15. i even put the timeframe of when I took the photos is at 12:17. I tend to stay away from Steve Madden as they use other brand’s designs for their own, this time I ordered from them since the shipping time was convenient for what I need. Needless to say this will be my first and last time of buying from Steve Madden.

  First time in a Steve Madden store. I was reluctant to write a review with no purchase. However, it's still an experience and oddly this is not a new store with no reviews. I was immediately greeted upon walking in the smallish store. 80% of the merchandise is Women, but the guys shoes were really super! They offer a dressy, or casual shoe with a scant amount of tennis type. The displays were attractive. Prices seemed fine with 50% off sale going on now. I saw a few things that could actually work, so I could be back for Christmas shopping.
