  I've had the most disturbing experience at this Tommy Hilfiger location, I walked in the store, never was greeted which I didn't find unusual at this location but what I found most disturbing is there were four employees on the sales floor gossiping and talking about the store manager and other management. What appeared to be a manager clearly was encouraging the team about going against the store manager and how she had told people off. I had to request for help, not to mention she acted if I was disturbing her. The store manager needs to clean house and since they aren't getting the hours they want it will be easy.

  I would like to say I witnessed something very disturbing with a customer and an employee here around 5:15pm the customer was very aggressive & inappropriate with a young lady. The customer said in his review which I read which is false that the young lady threw something at his son but clearly stated inside the store he threw something at his wife which is not true because I witnessed the whole thing. It’s sad that I witnessed this situation & this man did a review to lie on this young lady. The young lady handle the situation very well in my opinion. I salute these retail workers especially during the holidays, speaking from experience. I hope they pull the footage to represent this young lady argument due to false accusations.

  On December 27, 2025, around 5:15 PM, my family and I experienced one of the worst customer service situations we have ever seen inside a Tommy Hilfiger store at the Virginia Beach outlet. We were shopping normally when an employee approached us and asked, in an aggressive tone, “Who put this here?” Moments later, she took a pair of pants that we were looking at and threw it towards my son. There was no reason for that behavior, and it was shocking and disrespectful. When my wife questioned why she acted like that, the employee became even more rude and confrontational. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or de-escalate it, things got worse. The employee continued being disrespectful, and the attitude quickly turned into a heated argument. During the situation, other employees stood by laughing and mocking us, showing no professionalism or willingness to help. Their behavior was completely humiliating, especially with other customers watching what was happening. It created confusion inside the store, and we felt embarrassed and disrespected as paying customers. We asked for the manager and requested the employee’s name to file a formal complaint, but she refused to identify herself. A young male employee stated that he was the manager on duty, but even he did not intervene to calm things down or offer support. Instead, he also laughed along with the other employees. As long-time Tommy customers, we believe this type of conduct is unacceptable. I strongly encourage management to check the security cameras from the reported time to verify the situation. We hope that Tommy Hilfiger addresses this seriously, takes corrective measures, and provides a proper response. No customer should be mocked, disrespected, or put through a stressful situation inside a store while simply trying to shop.

  My wife and I walked in on Saturday morning and as soon as we walked in there was an associate pretending to fold clothes that just stared at us awkwardly. She didn’t say anything or make a facial expression... The products were stylish; seemed like the quality I’ve experienced in the past.
