On Monday December 22, 2025 I ordered a same day Birthday celebration surprise edible arrangement for my daughter’s 38th birthday. Same day call and deliver 18 % tip included and a birthday card written love celebration to her. I’m expecting great service! Unfortunately, the driver who too the gift to her left her $100 plus tray I paid for at my daughter’s job’s door. Literally on the ground in front of the door and the door opens to enter in. I was helluva disappointed and will never use this particular store again. As far as the food, it was a 3 out of 5. I’m still going to attempt to call that office and complain. It was a very busy day and I didn’t call before their closing. Who would be so unprofessional to place food on the ground and although it was wrapped in plastic doesn’t make it right. This was not a grocery store delivery where bags are placed outside your door which is expected or Uber Eats. Bugs..or nothing could have crawled into the “tacky” rubber band tied on the side. Not even a ribbon or bow. I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the driver not entering in the building, and asking for my daughter’s name because I gave specific instructions and clear expectations to ask for her because I know she would have been happy. Dropping off a medium size tray outside without contact of anyone was the cots business decision by Edible Arrangement. NEVER ever will I use this Norfolk, Va store in the future.
