    Rashard is a consummate professional: proficient, adept, responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He offers, hands down, the best customer experience one could possibly hope for when faced with the unfortunate circumstances of having an ignition interlock requirement. I could not have hoped for a better experience, from start to finish. (RoadGuard Interlock customer service is another story, and leaves much to be desired. But that does not affect this review in the least.)

    Reshard is the best! This was a stressful/humbling time for me, but he always made it easy for calibration appointments and made you feel comfortable. He also helped with making sure I could get my device off of my car before having to do a huge move to Kentucky, he really helped me and I appreciate it!
