  I got an edible arrangement made on the spot by Chiffon who had amazing energy and great customer service! I will definitely be back solely on her high quality for customer service and very welcoming, great energy!

  NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION!! After placing the order online when I went in for the time of my scheduled pick up they had just received the order due to computer problems. Which ruined my plans for the following morning before I had to head to work. The lady had great customer service skills if not I wish I was able to put no stars.I scheduled for 11:30 but had to work so I received a email stating my order was picked up at 3:15 however I was still at work so I called the lady said no that it was still there . So when I got off and go through traffic I picked up my order and upon dropping it off for the person it was for coming to find out it wasn’t my order nor the message that I typed up to include in my arrangement smh.

  I ordered “your in our thoughts” size medium, which was $102 before tax. I got a simple arrangement that was $30 with a teddy bear. They did not call me to let me know, they didn’t have the arrangement that I ordered. The only way I knew was the recipient took a picture.When I called the store they had an attitude and we’re NOT going to call me to let me know what they delivered. Don’t order from them unless you plan on picking it up to make sure Your order is correct.That arrangement was definitely not worth $102 ..

  The young lady working communicated well and provided some guidance in what I was looking for. I consider that "good customer service". This, along with a more "presentable" lobby, makes this Newport News location a better choice (to me), than the Hampton location; So, I make that drive from my Hampton home. I chose the Birthday fruit bouquet, with bear, roses and a box of chocolate dipped strawberries. I shall return to this location the next time I'm in need!

  Worst customer service experience from this location. I placed an order at 11:42am for guaranteed 1 hour delivery. At 1:12pm, I received a call to inform they don't have red velvet cake but they have substitutions. I called back to see what substitutions were available and the representative stated cheesecakes, cookies, chocolate, etc I asked what flavors were available and the representative stated just regular. One flavor is not plural. After a few moments I asked what other cakes are available and the representative stated just cheesecakes. At this point it is frustrating because why do I have to keep asking you what is available because you dont have something that I have already paid for that should have already been delivered 20 minutes prior. I asked for the store manager and the representative stated that they were the store manager. So I asked for the corporate number since the store managers lack of customer service is the issue. The store manager stated they didn't have it off hand. I informed I could hold. After a few moments the store manager comes back and say I dont have it off hand or in the store. Cool cancel my order. They knew they didn't have it at 11:42am when I placed my order so why wait until after it was supposed to already be delivered to tell me. I could have had time to send something else from somewhere else. The lack of consideration and customer etiquette at this store is apparent in the reviews and how things are handled. Hopefully there is a different Edible arrangements added in the area with better customer support. Until then I will order elsewhere
