  Everyone gave amazing customer service! They were extremely patient as I tried on nearly every watch in the store and helped me choose the right style for me. I love my Portifino Chronograph and get compliments on it quite often. Looking forward to when I can come it and get my second in the future!

  Very knowledgeable staff. In addition to their products, they are well-attuned to the horological marketplace. IWC produces about 1/12th of the watches Rolex does, and their workmanship is impeccable. Their pilot and Ingenieur lines are my favorite.

  Can we give 10 stars? Ritz, Kyle, and Amine are a stellar team. The service, education, PATIENCE, and quality of watches are unmatched. We literally could’ve spent our money and time anywhere but we bought a relationship from Ritz and her team! Hopefully we can be lifelong customers.

  Truly exceptional experience with Kyle and the team at IWC Tysons Galleria. While I knew from the beginning which timepiece I wanted to leave with, Kyle spent a few hours with me reviewing the features/ benefits of the watch as well as walking me through all available strap options (even allowed me to audition them) to help customize the timepiece to my liking. During my visit, I met an IWC enthusiast/ regular client of the boutique and his wife and we all had a great conversation accompanied by refreshments from the IWC team. Far from the transactional experiences that I have experienced at other boutiques in the Galleria, I left feeling like I was apart of the family. I will return for my next timepiece! UPDATE: I have added another IWC to the collection and cannot say enough about the support I have received from the team- I am now acquainted with Amine (fellow Client advisor to Kyle) and Boutique Manager, Jason. I look forward to continuing this relationship.

  Although I was not able to visit this new boutique in person, I chose to order my IWC watch at Tysons Galleria, since I used to live in the area. When I called, I had the pleasure of speaking with Kyle who assisted me in completing the purchase. He knows his product line very well and was super helpful and friendly while answering all of my questions. I received the watch the next day via FedEx overnight mail and was very happy. I highly recommend this boutique!
