    The curly haired teenage guy working there made a snide remark at me as I walked past the store. I guess he was upset that I didn’t come in and buy anything. I’ve shopped at that store before and I know you have better customer service than this.

    This order was placed on June 11, 2021 with next day air FedEx delivery selected AND PAID FOR. It is now June 16th and the package has still not been delivered. When tracking the status with the FedEx tracking number Vilebrequin provided, status shows that FedEx has NOT EVEN RECEIVED the package FROM VILEGREQUIN!!!!! This needed to arrive TODAY for Father's Day because of travel!! Oh, and also because I PAID for it to be delivered by now. I called and was told that the package has apparently been lost and that Vilegrequin won't refund our money, or replace the merchandise until after you have submitted the claim to FedEx and gets around to processing it. Also, the claim can't be submitted today because it's "after hours". Also, no supervisor is available because it's "after hours". Never doing business with you again.
