I bought a marc jacobs bag from neiman marcus but they didn’t give me in marc Jacobs packaging but it was my first marc Jacobs purchase. (I wish I could bought it from the actual store ) i am sorry but next time . When I went to the store and tell them about the packaging They gave me a MJ bag to put my bag and I am very happy with that extra miles they went for me . I promise I will come to this store to buy another piece of love . Till then you guys will be in my heart . Thanks and appreciate the customer value , brand value .
