  The store manager and the associate was very helpful today . Best welcoming environment with customer service . I bought a marc jacobs bag from neiman marcus but they didn’t give me in marc Jacobs packaging but it was my first marc Jacobs purchase. (I wish I could bought it from the actual store ) i am sorry but next time . When I went to the store and tell them about the packaging They gave me a MJ bag to put my bag and I am very happy with that extra miles they went for me . I promise I will come to this store to buy another piece of love . Till then you guys will be in my heart . Thanks and appreciate the customer value , brand value .

  I recently made a purchase as part of the Paw Jacobs event and received excellent customer service without having even step foot into the store. I called to schedule an appointment to have my dog’s portrait painted on a bag; during that call I connected with Agha. Agha was very communicative the entire time, and helped me purchase a bag as well as schedule the appointment with complete ease. Not only was I pleased with Agha’s customer service, but the portrait painted by Lauren is perfect. I’m in absolute love with how it turned out! I have already spread the word to others for future events.

  I had a great experience at the Tyson’s Galleria Marc Jacobs store thanks to the amazing customer service. A special shoutout to the manager, Tina, who went above and beyond to make the handbag purchase/pet portrait process seamless. So sweet! 😊

  Tina and Willow were beyond amazing! They were patient, informative and gave me great insight, on different looks and options for the straps and accessories. It's great to have people who are professional and more importantly, personable. I'm so excited for this location. It had tons of options that I couldn't find at Neiman's. Overall, great first experience, at this new location. I'll be back ladies!
