    The store manager and the associate was very helpful today . Best welcoming environment with customer service . I bought a marc jacobs bag from neiman marcus but they didn’t give me in marc Jacobs packaging but it was my first marc Jacobs purchase. (I wish I could bought it from the actual store ) i am sorry but next time . When I went to the store and tell them about the packaging They gave me a MJ bag to put my bag and I am very happy with that extra miles they went for me . I promise I will come to this store to buy another piece of love . Till then you guys will be in my heart . Thanks and appreciate the customer value , brand value .

    First I need to say I am not a big review person. That being said Jonah made my shopping experience at Tysons Galleria one to remember! I felt like family from my first contact. As a business owner I am always giving over the top service but this time I was definitely on the receiving end 😊 I already ordered two more bags from Jonah for gifts and I will only buy my MJ from Jonah now on! MJ you are super lucky to have this amazing team member!!

    My daughter and I frequently visit this store and have made several purchases the service is always great!!!! When we visited this weekend the service was beyond exceptional, my daughter and I took our time and with the help of DeKai our client advisor we picked the perfect bag!!! Thank you DeKai for making us feel welcomed, we truly enjoyed you!

    Service was AMAZING!! Anson was extremely patient and was able to answer all of my questions. I even learned a few things about some of the products. Anson knew that I stopped by just to take a look at the new store and I was still serviced to the nines. I am typically an online shopper but with service like this I will be back in store to make my purchase. The store was clean, organized, and the selection did not disappoint.
