  I visited the store intending to purchase a bottle of perfume and asked one of the customer service associates for assistance. He asked me to wait for a minute, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I went back to ask if I would be served. Only then did he say he would check whether my name had been added to the waitlist. After waiting that long, the situation should have been handled better. Unfortunately, the manager at the entrance chose to argue instead of resolving the issue. A manager should focus on solving the problem, especially when a customer has already waited 45 minutes without even being properly added to the waitlist. That said, Tanesha was very professional and sweet. She helped us check out quickly and made the experience pleasant once we were finally assisted. Overall, the service process and management response were disappointing, especially for a luxury brand that is known for high standards of customer service.

  This was my first time shopping at this location and I must say I had the best customer service! Paola was so patient, kind and understanding. Even when I had to call my bank. I love my bag and my wallet and can't wait to shop with her again.

  Made a purchase with this really sweet sales associate, Allie. ACTUALLY one of THE NICEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL sales associates I've ever met. Product was seamless, quick and efficient service, and overall just a pleasant experience. Will definitely be back shopping with Allie soon!

  We had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Louis Vuitton store in Tyson’s Galleria, all thanks to Ji Hye. From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with such warmth and grace. She patiently guided us throughout the store, showing us various collections and explaining every detail with great knowledge and enthusiasm. She never rushed us and made sure we felt comfortable exploring all the options. When we decided to purchase a perfume, she thoughtfully helped us choose the perfect one by explaining the best-selling scents and what would suit us best. Her recommendations were excellent, and we were truly happy with our choice. What made our experience even more special was the personal connection she built with us. Being Indian, we felt such a genuine warmth in our conversation, and she beautifully connected with us while sharing about her South Korean background. We had meaningful common thoughts, and the way she smiled and spoke made the entire interaction feel so pleasant and memorable. She also went above and beyond by giving us lovely goodies with our purchase, along with some complimentary scent samples. Everything was packed beautifully, and she presented it in such a nice, elegant bag — it truly felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. Ji Hye represents luxury service at its finest — attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely kind. We are extremely grateful for her outstanding service and will definitely look forward to shopping with her again. Thank you, Ji Hye, for making our visit so special!

  My wife and I took a stroll to the Louis Vuitton at Tysons Galleria for something special. We had the pleasure of being assisted by “Rosalie.” Rosalie was exactly what we needed for a seasoned professional to assist us. We were shown everything in the store from jewelry, handbags, clothes, etc. The entire shopping experience was pleasant, fun and enjoyable. My wife picked a gorgeous coat, leather handbag and matching wallet. My wife was over the moon with excitement for the purchases.
