  I had an amazing shopping experience at the LouisVuitton in Tysons Galleria thanks to Paola. She was incredibly personable and made the entire shopping/checkout process so easy and enjoyable. Paola took the time to understand my style and even helped me pick out additional pieces that were a perfect fit for me. Her friendliness and attention to detail truly made the visit special. I will definitely be back soon to shop again. Thank you, Paola for such outstanding customer service!

  Despite being within an hour of closing and the store being rather busy, the greeter was very understanding of the distance I traveled and allowed me to come in and wait in-store. They were considerate of me already knowing what fragrances I wanted to purchase, and it was overall a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back to shop during the holiday season.

  No stars is not an option but is what is truly deserved here. The customer service experience is well below average. There is no rhyme or reason to admitting customers. If you’re a friend of the entrance receptionist — you get front of line and immediate entry. We watched a couple labor over having to wait in the line but, when they approached receptionist, they were received with hugs and entry. A couple of folks had this type of reception. When I asked WTH is going on — the reply was they had “appointments.” BS — I watched 2 of the couples go in with the wink and hug treatment. When I finally got in, it took the staff literally 30 minutes to retrieve my wife’s purse. That’s right, we were just picking up a purse that we paid for service / repair! We will NEVER go back to this store. In fact, we’ll shift our purchases to other high-end offerings. If I’m going to pay what I pay for these things, we should ALL get the wink and hug treatment. I hope someone of significance with LV is reading this — you lost a customer today.
