The customer service deserves a negative rating, and the estimated wait times were completely inaccurate. What was quoted as a 50-minute wait turned into 1 hour and 40 minutes. Each time I asked for an update, I was told “you’re next,” which was clearly not the case. I would not recommend this location to anyone planning to make a purchase.

The customer in front of us confirmed they did not have an appointment and were fully assisted and checked out in about 30 minutes. After they left, we were still not helped and had to ask before finally receiving assistance. In total, we waited well over the stated 70 minutes. The experience felt unfair and dismissive, as if service was only prioritized for customers the staff assumed would make a purchase. Ironically, I did buy a purse, but I will never return to this location. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my 40 years. Wish there was an option to give zero stars.
