  I had a wonderful experience at Framebridge, thanks to Andre. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through frame options that truly complemented my one-of-a-kind painting. His eye for detail and thoughtful recommendations made the entire process feel easy and collaborative, and I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Andre clearly cares about his work and about helping customers find the perfect fit for their artwork. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

  I called and they answered the phone and hung up multiple times because they didn’t feel like answering the call. It wasn’t a connection issue. They answered the phone, I heard the background noise, then they hung up. Multiple times. Ok, if you’re not ready or busy then put me on hold or ask me to call back. Or call me back. Very rude and unprofessional. If you can’t handle basic customer service phone courtesy, how do I have faith you know how to conduct business or treat your customers with respect?

  I had a terrific first experience today with the Framebridge in the Chesterbrook Shopping Center in McLean. The two associates who helped me with my order were super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Made excellent suggestions, never pressuring or attempting to upsell me. They made my selection process, which could have been overwhelming, very easy. I can’t wait to see the finished result.

  I had a fantastic experience with Framebridge! I brought in two pieces of art to be framed, and they did an excellent job. The final results were beautifully done, with great attention to detail. The team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the frame selection process — their suggestions were spot-on and really elevated the artwork. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using Framebridge again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality custom framing.

  I brought in a piece of cloth i bought in South Africa that I wanted framed and the team at Framebridge helped me pick out the matting and frame. It turned out great and it was very affordable!
