- ESEmad ShawishMay 2, 20231.0I just had my first negative experience at the Tysons Corner location. I simply wanted to return a shirt that I had picked up the day before. It had not been worn, and I still had the tag with receipt. They refused to issue a refund because the tag had been removed, even though it did not specify on this product not to remove tag (like the suits usually have). I reviewed the policy with the "manager" Favi, however, she did not care. It seems like Tysons operates on their own policies and procedures, probably to protect their sales goals for the day. I left extremely disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. I then went to the Dulles location where they took it back without any issues. Do better Tysons.. sending customers away unhappy in this economic climate is dangerous for business.

Lady came to us for "assistance" and told us and I quote "not to touch the clothes" because we opened up a couple shirts for my brother to take a look at. I understand that the clothes need to be folded up but we were already trying to be modest with the shirts we looked at. If the clothes were for me I wouldn't have to but he can't shop for himself.
