- AMAnnie MiaoJan 22, 20261.0Bought an item at another Express store, was told I could return it as long as I had the tags. Then when I came to this store, the store manager (a tall bald man), kept telling me I was outside of the time limit for returning and was being extremely condescending and rude. When I complained to a neighboring store, they were shocked and said they would never treat their customers this way. This occurred yesterday 1/21/26 at 7:20pm. Express please fire this manager as he doesn’t deserve to be working for you.
