  What I got vs. What I ordered. I ordered from this store in mclean on accident, I am a long time customer of Edible and let’s say disappointed is not the word. Not even half the strawberry? 🤣 Luckily I didn’t order swirls on my pineapple. + if you order for an afternoon pick up, they will make your order first thing in the morning and ask you to come in early.

  Such a shame since other locations provide a better experience. Ordered an arrangement for a birthday. Was delivered AFTER 7pm which was nuts because that is insanely late for a delivery. Did not even ring the doorbell to let recipient know it had arrived. Only knew because saw it on the ring camera. Also did not include the large balloons that we had paid for. Called for refund on the balloons and never received it. Such a poorly run location. I order from other stores often and was surprised at how bad this one is.

  I placed an order for same day delivery and get a call that they don't have anyone to make the delivery. So why offer it is you can't deliver or why haven't you called me since I placed the order to tell me?? Then when I say just refund the order, Praveen thought it was ok to just hang up on me. Won't use this branch again.

  There was a glitch with their website and I was charged at two different stores for the same order and received two confirmations later. Luckily, I called the store in the morning and they were able to fix it.
