The associate said, in a condescending tone, “We never have new shoes. We only have one pair per size.” I was genuinely confused, are customers at Dior expected to buy used display shoes? That just doesn’t make sense. I actually came the same store about a year ago and had a great experience. I’m not sure what changed, but the service this time was truly disappointing.
