  Snubby Sale Agents , Lack of communication and not fun experience. Ive been Shopping fromDior in DC Center for years and always have amazing experience . This Store in Tysons is not it . if you want to have amazing service and experience while buying some stuff then dont come here . I went here to get few more things for myself and my SA didn’t offer any water or anything, we feel so rushed and unpleasant greetings and if you spend thousands of dollars to a store then you are hoping for a great service. ive been returning to this store for a while and everytime i visit they are very bad. I spent thousands and go out unhappy and unsatisfied from the service. Take note the store was not busy at all . go to DC Center and you will feel welcomed and give you good experience .

  My wife and I have visited this DIOR location in Tyson’s Galleria several times over the last three years and have always had pleasant experiences. We’ve enjoyed the atmosphere of the store, and have also had pleasant interactions with the staff. However, today was an exception. We visited on 12/6/25 at around 3:25 pm and were greeted by the staff as usual. There was a sales associate who we’d never seen before, and after greeting us, he said that he had to “be with us”. My wife and I were dressed casually, not wearing anything overly fancy or opulent, and it became apparent to us that he thought we would try to steal something. He tailed us throughout the store and made the experience very uncomfortable. My wife even said out loud, “He thinks we’re stealing”. We circled around the store and made a swift exit. We’ve never had this type of experience before and would like to keep visiting this store location, but we would appreciate it if someone didn’t make assumptions regarding our moral character based on our attire. DIOR, please address this and speak with this associate in question, thank you.

  I went to Dior to purchase a fragrance from the Collection Privée for my husband and had an exceptional experience thanks to Magalie. She greeted me the moment I walked in and kindly asked how she could assist. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the Collection, which made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. A few days later, I returned with my husband to buy another fragrance and specifically asked to work with Magalie again because she made my first visit so wonderful.

  My husband and I were pre-holiday perfume shopping today, and we were pleased to talk to Sandra at the Dior store. Sandra knows the Dior perfumes very well! She was knowledgeable and very helpful.

  Very rude Customer Service and unprofessional I went to ask for Esprit de Parfum When they know that I’m looking for a fragrance, they did not give me any attention and they were on their phones
