    I stopped in to buy a gift for my wife, but the experience ended up being really uncomfortable. Ericka made it feel like she was doing me a favour rather than helping a customer, which took away from what should have been a nice purchase. I was also told that the size I needed couldn’t be ordered without committing to a purchase because the store was trying to cut down on shipping costs. Hearing that didn’t inspire much confidence. I’d really encourage DY to invest more in customer care, because service like this makes it hard to feel good about buying here.

    Always always poorly managed in terms of customers entering the location. The same girl is always there and is rather rude and unprofessional… have to figure it out or losing customers. Many people were super frustrated with cause. We walked out.

    Don’t bother making an appointment, they won’t honor one and will just treat you like a walk in. Service and coordination are poor

    I love great customer service, that’s why I do these reviews and this store that I’m going to speak of is the definition of great customer service! It’s such a gorgeous store, very well lit and has amazing jewelry! I bought a few pieces of my collection to have clean, it’s complimentary. I was greeted at the door by a representative who seems so glad to see me! I said what I was in for and the next representative came to me, took all of my jewelry, wrote everything I had given her down on a notepad, describing each piece individuality. I got a copy of what she was writing. She told me it would take me at least an hour to get them cleaned. To be quite honest, I didn’t go to purchase anything at this time because I have a lot of pieces, but the rep Erika that was speaking to me while I waited was so pleasant, nice and truly inspiring. She introduced me to newer models without any pressure. I didn’t just collect my cleaned jewelry, but I ended up walking out with a few new pieces as well!😊 My birthday presents were bought in advance lol! I would definitely recommend this store and the brand to anyone! Hands-down, always a pleasant experience!🌺💕

As discussed during our phone call, I understand that the original service request has been canceled and that my 18K Yellow Gold & Sterling Silver Citrine Chevron Cross Pendant and chain are being returned to the store with no work completed. Once the items are received, you indicated that you will contact me and that the box chain will be replaced at that time. I trust this will be handled promptly and without further delay. For clarity and documentation purposes, I would like to summarize the timeline that led to my concerns: September 26, 2009: I purchased my David Yurman 18K Yellow Gold & Sterling Silver Citrine Chevron Cross Pendant to celebrate my 42nd birthday. November 20, 2024: I brought my Chevron Cross Pendant and chain to the Tysons Corner location for cleaning and was extremely pleased with the in-store service and results. March 28, 2025: I dropped off my Chevron Cross Pendant and chain at the store for a clasp replacement. April 10, 2025: I followed up by phone and spoke with Troy. November 2025: A photo of myself wearing the Chevron Cross Pendant prompted renewed concern due to the extended length of time without updates. December 1, 2025: I spoke with Diamond, who agreed to personally follow up, handle the matter, and confirmed the repair fee would be waived. December 11, 2025: I received a notification stating the item had been received. December 12, 2025: I visited the Tyson’s Corner store and shared my concerns directly with Troy. December 18, 2025: I received a second notification again stating the item had been received. December 29, 2025: I was advised via email to expect my jewelry within an additional 84 days. Given the sentimental value of this piece and the length of time it has been out of my possession, I appreciate your assistance in ensuring this next step is handled efficiently. I would welcome clear confirmation once the pendant and chain are received back in the store, along with a defined timeline for completion. Please let me know as soon as the items arrive.
