I have always associated David Yurman with craftsmanship, care, and meaningful moments, unfortunately, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I wear only two pieces of jewelry every day: my band from my partner of more than 20 years and my David Yurman Cross, which I purchased in October 2017 to celebrate my 40th birthday. That original purchase experience made me feel seen and special, which is why this situation has been so upsetting. In March 2025, I dropped off my cross to have a clasp replaced. Since then, I have made multiple follow-ups, by phone and in person, speaking with several associates over many months. Despite assurances, waived fees, and repeated notifications in December that my item had been “received” (on December 11 and again on December 18), I was ultimately informed on December 29 to expect my jewelry within another 84 days. At this point, the piece has been out of my possession for an unreasonable length of time, with inconsistent communication, delayed responses, and no clear accountability. For a luxury brand, this level of service does not meet expectations. I hope David Yurman takes feedback like this seriously and improves communication and repair timelines, especially for customers entrusting them with sentimental pieces.

I’ve worked with Ericka on several occasions, and Troy assisted me during a cleaning visit. Ericka was very attentive and patient while helping me find the right pieces. The glass of champagne for my birthday made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ve also called ahead to reserve a piece, and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Customer service and overall experience truly matter, and they consistently deliver. I’m glad they moved into a larger location—there’s even more jewelry available to choose from.

I had a great experience at David Yurman Tyson’s Galleria. Leticia, a men’s specialist ambassador, was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me complete my purchase quickly, which I really appreciated as I prefer a fast in and out experience. I was also assisted by another employee whose name I unfortunately don’t recall. He was younger, very polite, and equally helpful.

Both Anne and Troy were absolutely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with. While everyone at this location seems to be nice, these two are SUPER polite, friendly, and welcoming. I can state this not from a single simple sales experience, but rather how people handle challenging situations after some time has passed. Anne was very understanding, accommodating, and always kept the bigger picture in mind. Troy was super nice, knowledgeable, and somehow knew every question before I was about to ask it. Anne stated she was new to this location and a much welcome add. Thank you both for a truly enjoyable experience. You have a customer for life!

What on earth is going on with this store? 1. Design isn't the best anyway. They have a very good marketing arm, apart from that it is not the best. 2. Lots of silver jewelry to make it affordable. but too expensive for it being made with silver. 3. Service was terrible. That Asian guy store clerk was so mean. He would not answer any questions and it seems like they are paid based off of who they served or something, cause when he was like a damn statue, and obviously annoyed when any question is asked or try a ring or two, I asked for help from another lady. But she refused cause she does not want to step on his toes and he apparently saw me first, so I must be helped by him. This is the stupidest thing I heard. This is a very bad business model tying the incentives to the wrong factor. Customer should be able to choose who they want to be helped by and whoever was actually useful should get the commission or whatnot. This whole thing made me not want to buy anything at all. If you really want silver jewelry, always remember it tarnishes fast and it is a cheap metal with no investment value especially as a jewelry. For the price you pay here, you can actually get real 24Kt gold! That is not only a fun jewelry piece but also has investment value. Shop elsewhere! Be a smart shopper!
