  My mom and I unexpectedly ended up going to this Cole Haan store twice within the span of a week. The first time, it was a super chaotic Saturday; people were holiday shopping and the store was packed, but Sara was very helpful despite trying to juggle a million things at once. The second time, Rodney went above and beyond to help us with our purchases - we appreciated the great customer service.

  I had a really disappointing experience with customer service recently. I spotted an adorable pair of boots and asked a sales associate to retrieve my size. When he came back, he simply set the boots on the table and walked off. I assumed he was going to grabbing a try on stalking or something similar, so I waited for a bit. Eventually, I decided to just try the boots on myself. Ideally, he should have prepared the shoes for me to try on. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit, so I found another pair. Once again, instead of putting boots on the table he placed the shoes on the floor and turned his attention to another customer. To my surprise, he then brought her shoes, removed the packaging, and handed them to her. I was really frustrated because I didn’t receive that same level of attention and service.

  Store was pretty empty but still experienced really poor service. Sales people were unable to support more than one person at a time and I was told it would be a while before someone would be able to get shoes for me to try on, even when asking for a single shoe from a saleswoman on her way back to get a single shoe for another woman, who she only chased down because she was frustrated with the same lack of support and was on her way out the door.
