I purchased a wallet as a gift and when I checked the box in my car the wallet was not inside. I went back into the store and asked them to put the product in the box. Everything worked out but it felt sketchy and made me more cautious.

After receiving a defective item (baseball cap), I managed to find time between caring for my two young children and working full-time to return to your store — which is 40 minutes away from my home. Although the store manager (Enricke) was not particularly helpful, I was eventually able to get an exchange. However, communication has been extremely poor. It took several attempts before I received the tracking number for my exchange, and my messages were ignored for days. When I called the store, I was told by the manager that he was too busy with other clients — for THREE days. I texted on the day I was told I would receive the exchange, but received no response. I was completely ignored. On Friday evening (May 9, 2025), I received the replacement cap, and it had a visible stain. I messaged the store number with a photo for documentation, but once again, I haven’t received a response. The item still had its tags attached- never worn. I had no choice, so I contacted the customer service. I decided to ask for the full refund, because I do not want to support this business anymore, because I am extremely disappointed in both: the product quality and the lack of customer care at this store.

The only store in the U.S. that had the last one was this store. Tiffany was extremely helpful and made my purchase very easy. I'm currently waiting for the bag to arrive and am extremely thankful to Tiffany!
