I purchased a wallet as a gift and when I checked the box in my car the wallet was not inside. I went back into the store and asked them to put the product in the box. Everything worked out but it felt sketchy and made me more cautious.

I wanted to return the Sunglasses and the sales person almost going to give me the refund, then all of a sudden the guy took it inside and said that there is a scratch. They cannot return it. I haven’t seen any scratches on those glasses. I never wore it I asked them I can exchange for another pair. They said no to me too very rudely. The manager came out and was not helpful at all please do not shop here. I called several times to this store and they keep hanging up on me the store. They said the manager will call me but up till now nobody ha called me back. I am very disappointed. I’m was in love with this Celine brand but not anymore.
