  One of the worst Dior Customer Service Experience of my life. I ordered a handbag online for my wife birthday, because it was sold out in all the boutiques. I picked up in Store at Tyson Galleria, one of the biggest mistake of my life. My wife and I went in , of course, no one greeted us. We came upon a Middle Age Asian Woman. Her Tone, Mood, Attitude, even facial Expression was atrocious. She asked for my ID, then went in the back and put my wife Hand bag in a Small Dior beauty bag, and told us that this is what the online order came with. Which I knew she was lying. She then hand it to me and said the receipt is inside. I asked her if we can open it to check it. She said , sure, you can open it. Literally she made Zero effect to do any sales/services , or even ask us if we needed anything else. Or even offer us a seat for that matter. I hope she gets reprimanded or additional customer service training. This will be our last time in that boutique.

  Samira was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She made my brother and I feel so very welcome from the moment we walked in. Her kindness was apparent before she knew we’d purchase anything and she made the experience fun and worthwhile. I highly recommend coming to see her at this location!

  My Lady Dior that I paid $9k for is falling apart after only 5 months. Do not purchase from Dior. They refused to show any decency in terms of customer service. I asked for a simple exchange or refund because the bag is obviously defective. Their process is to take the bag for 8 weeks and then try to see (assess) for a remedy. Anyone can see that the bag is falling a part but they are pretending that they will “fix” something that should have never fell a part. Dior’s quality is disgusting and their customer service to loyal clients is even worst.

  Disappointing customer service experience. I visited the store today regarding a wallet I purchased exactly three months ago that has already become noticeably scuffed. The sales associate’s only recommendation was that I purchase leather shoe cleaner from Amazon and clean it myself. He also stated that attempting to submit a warranty claim would be a waste of time. While I understand normal wear and tear, I did not expect such significant wear after only three months of use. I later contacted Dior through online live chat, and the ambassador I spoke with was surprised by the response I received in-store. She advised that she would work with the after-sales service team to explore possible options for resolution. Unfortunately, today’s in-store experience has made me seriously reconsider future purchases from Dior, as the customer service at this particular location fell far below expectations.
