  I recently purchased a watch from Breitling and ordered a leather strap at the same time. I was told the strap would take about two weeks to arrive. After placing the order, I did not receive any updates for over a week. Even after waiting about two weeks, there was still no communication, so I decided to visit the store to check on the status. When I arrived, they told me the strap had already arrived. The problem was that I had never received any email, text message, or voicemail notification. Later I noticed there had only been one missed call from an unknown number with no message left. Without any message, there was no way for me to know it was related to my order. When I asked about my strap, the lady staff initially said there was no order under my name. After providing my name and phone number, they said they couldn’t find it because I had asked for a “bracelet,” and corrected me by saying I should have called it a “leather strap.” That interaction already felt uncomfortable. When I asked whether they normally provide updates for orders like this, the lady manager and other female employee responded that they had already contacted me and that I simply did not answer. It felt like the responsibility was being placed on me rather than acknowledging the lack of proper communication. I was also told that the salesperson who originally helped me was currently on PTO and that it might be a miscommunication with him. As a customer, I simply expected a more professional response such as acknowledging the communication issue and offering better follow-up. Instead, the attitude felt dismissive and somewhat rude. I actually like Breitling as a brand and own several of their watches, but this was my first purchase at the Tysons location, and the experience was disappointing. The service from the staff and manager felt unprofessional, and I would not recommend this location. If you’re considering buying a Breitling watch, I would recommend visiting a different store. The watches themselves are excellent, but the after-sales service at this location did not meet the expectations of a luxury brand.

  I recently purchased a 44mm watch but decided to exchange it for a 42mm Avenger, and the entire experience was seamless. Moubin was outstanding — responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He made the exchange effortless and even sourced an additional band for my other Breitling (Aerospace Evo), which I truly appreciated. If you’re in the market for a watch, I highly recommend stopping by. Exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience.

  Todd and Moubin were great associates and this location is lucky to have them. I came in with my puppy for some routine watch maintenance and they helped me, along with other clients, in a timely, respectful, and efficient manner. Will recommend others interested in the brand to visit here for their needs!

  My co-worker and I visited the boutique at Breitling today as I wanted to show her a watch I was considering a couple days ago. Sivan, was very welcoming and provided above and beyond service for us both. I tried on the watch again which because of his stellar customer service I will be purchasing in the near future. Sivan is a true asset to the boutique and company. Thanks again for making my co-worker and I feel welcomed.
