  Came here today and had a simple question at checkout and the worker Charlotte made a face and seemed disinterested. Terrible customer service she needs better training never coming back!

  This was my first visit to Primark. Such a clean and fun store with great prices! Friendly and Supportive staff! I greatly enjoyed my experience.

  The customer service is awful. The cashiers will purposely get mad at you for coming to them instead of check out. They always have their screens off. The cashiers throw the items that you buy.

  I have to say that customer service is awful, when checking out all the cloths that were bought were thrown in the bags, did not fold them or place them, they charge me differently than what I was supposed to pay, couldn’t see that they did that because their screens where broken, the cashier Chad had an annoyed attitude because we wanted to check out with a cashier and not trough the self checkout, I been to the Tyson’s corner location plenty times and by far is one of the stores that are so disappointing. I have been to locations in NJ, NY, MD and they are not like this, THIS location is so awful. I’m writing extensively because this same situation has happened before were the staff is extra rude for performing their job. Cashiers get mad if you want to check out with them and not the self check out. What is that about, and if you go and check out their reviews it’s not only one person making the same claims. DO BETTER, and I’m now going to actively AVOID to shop here from now on and will tell my family and friends to do the same. Some people may say that because the store is affordable that consumers HAVE TO PUT UP WITH AWFUL TREATMENT, but I differ, everyone when spending their hard earned money should be treated with respect and decency. EVERYONE!
