  This Primark’s customer service was the worse I’ve ever experienced by far, and it happened twice in the same place. Employees were very unhelpful when answering questions, and answer you in a very rude manner. After paying for the items at self-checkout my sister realized she paid for an item that wasn’t in her cart. She only bought a belt, but a jacket was already scanned at the self-checkout machine she was at, and the jacket was nowhere to be seen in the self-checkout area. My sister KINDLY asked an employee at the main cash register if it was possible for them to do a refund on an item she accidentally paid for during self-checkout, was interrupted mid-sentence and was told that she needed the item in order to get a refund and the employee immediately walked away instead of asking if my sister needed any further assistance, or at least assessing the situation. I had to find the item on the rack that matched the same number on the receipt, bring it to the cash register again, and asked the same question my sister had asked. I was greeted with a dirty look and a “How can I help you?” By a different employee at the same register, was asked questions and answered in a passive-aggressive tone, heavily sighing, rolling her eyes, and even throwing the receipt around and slamming it down onto the counter the entire time. Many of the Primark employees at Tysons Corner seem like they need a lesson on how to give proper and professional customer service. Don’t shop here unless you want below bare-minimum customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I’ve been through this primark many times without issue but today was a bit strange— while checking out a single item at self checkout, the system said I have to go through a random check and to wait for assistance. I raise my hand for help and this older (?) blonde assistant a few feet to my left looks me in the eye then turns around and goes to fiddle with something in the cashier area . When she returns I ask “can I get some assistance” and she looks at me -again- then wordlessly leaves the checkout area to go to the sales floor?? I try not to claim racism without proper evidence but I genuinely can’t determine what else was going on here because 1) I know she saw me (twice) 2) I wasn’t speaking overly loudly/impolitely, just a regular tone 3) the things she was tending to were not urgent, judging by her casual pace. I won’t lie, the situation made me feel kinda gross, but since I can’t make heads or tails of it I detailed the whole thing for other shoppers to draw their own conclusions *shrug*

  I just buy jacket brand new i lost rasid they dont accept it. And they cant take look in ther system too if i can i give 0

  My experience at this Primark location was extremely disappointing. My partner and I were followed around the store by several employees after we overheard the manager an African American flamboyant male with an attitude say, “Take your hands out of your pockets,” simply because my partner briefly adjusted his car keys inside his sweatshirt pocket. From that moment on, two male employees continuously watched and trailed us throughout the store. There were also multiple customers that were the same age as us and they were not being followed. The racial profiling we experienced was unacceptable, dehumanizing, and completely uncalled for. Primark is a CHEAP store, and there was absolutely no reason to assume we intended to take anything. We were deeply offended and will not be returning to this location. 0/10 I would not recommend shopping here!!
