- RERaul EscobariOct 26, 20231.0"Emma" the store manager is racist and rude. She has also prohibited the other employees to take any returns, which goes against Sunglass Hut policies. I filed a complaint with "Jaymee" (Macy's store manager) who is really polite and helpful in the other hand.
