  Worst experience, tried to buy a pair glasses to give as a gift, everything went but but the lenses were not the right ones, went back 3 days later to return the glasses and purchased another pair in attempt to get the right lenses, which I specifically asked for polarized. They were the wrong lenses yet again. I went back before the 30 days to return the glasses by was met with a sign in the door that the associate would be back soon, I waited over 30 minutes and they never arrived. I went back a few days later and was met with the same sign. I get understaff issues but I’ve encountered at least 4 associates now. I waited another 30 minutes and finally the store was opened. I go to return the glasses, explained they’re not the right lenses, tell them I need polarized to be opaque and all I get told is they are polarized. Then they don’t even do the return, I wait another 30 minutes in the store for another associate to answer, they never do, in the meantime, the associate who attended me finds “damage on the lenses”. What damage?! The glasses haven’t even been worn. Not even tried on, they had at least 3 layers of protection over them that the store associates gave me to begin with. Finally I get walked to another store to find the associate that never answered. Wait another 10 minutes for her to stop talking to someone that wasn’t even purchasing any product. And the first associates makes sure to mention the so called damage on them. She was put bias into her mind without even looking at the glasses. Then she takes them out and stares at them with her life and finally “sees what everyone else would see” yeah but it took her a minute to find. And for that reason now they want me to use the protection plan to cover the damage and instead exchange the glasses. I don’t want new glasses, didn’t we establish that they’re not the right lenses! I just want to return them. Now I have to wait for the store manager or assistant manager to approve and take responsibility for the damage in order to approve a return, otherwise I have to exchange them using my protection plan. God forbid either one of the other associates to do the return and “have a big problem” on there hands. And in all of this i can’t get the right lenses, not even offered to see what the different lenses are so that maybe I can purchase the correct ones.

  We have bought sunglass from this store on several occasions. They have always been helpful, honored competitor prices, and friendly. I had even stopped in at one point to help with Maui Jim glasses that broke and need a return box and info on where to send it. The lady was extremely helpful considering there was no current sail. This is why we have always come back .
