  Drove an hour just to make a return because the shirt I bought was broken upon receiving it, the first two ladies I spoke with were super nice and said I can exchange it or get store credit and that I got there exactly at the 30 day mark, I told them I wanted to shop around then come back and when I came back to the register they said they wouldent accept my return. They told me how I could sew it myself.. I left with new clothes and my broken shirt, to make it better during my drive back got into a car accident…

  The manager Jen is incredibly rude. Disrespectful to her staff and the customers. I was waiting for someone to check for a certain shoe size - she came up to me and asked me if i was ready to check out when i told her someone else was helping me she caught an attitude and muffled something under her breath and went back to standing behind a computer. Not the first time she’s done something out of line though. If anything, I think it’s shameful that this store lets her continue to be a store manager. They need to find someone who is actually happy to be there.

  Veronica & Megan were nothing shy of AMAZING!!! From the moment we walked in the door, they made us feel like VIPS!!! Veronica helped us pick out everything we needed for our event down to the undergarments & accessories!!! She knew just what we needed and made sure everything fit to the tee!!! Veronica is the real MVP of the Lynchburg store and she deserves a 10 out of 5 stars!!! Keep shining and providing the absolute best customer service Veronica!!! You’re a ROCKSTAR!!!
