I went in to buy a ruger super redhawk alaskan... the cylinder timing was off and the gentleman behind the counter advised me not to buy it. The not selling was worth more to me than a quick sale. Thank you for your honesty and help.

- IIInaDec 4, 20251.0I went to return an item that I didn’t like the fit of, sadly I did not have my receipt but I knew all the details to give them on how to find it and knew they could look it up by phone number The manager here during the time was Kristy, and she was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, she definitely deserves some praise! Kind, funny, and truly a great spirit to have at Sportsman’s. However, the two younger girls were extremely rude and did not want to deal with the transaction whatsoever… which is why I requested the manager… the girls were extremely unprofessional and not a good look for the company. They insisted that they did not know how to do the return and to go find my receipt instead or exchange it. I suggest the owner hire some professional employees or retrain the current girls so this won’t happen to others.. The girls did not even watch how the manager did the process, instead they left and went to gossip about other things.. instead of learning, they chose to make their manager do the work…
