  Great shop, great employee...Mary assisted me today in finding a great pair of shoes! As an athlete herself, it was clear she was familiar with the product lines offered...she was an astute listener and helpful in her guidance. Exactly what I desire in my hometown running shop!

  I had an excellent experience at this shoe store! 🤦‍♀️ I can't recall their names. The staff went above and beyond by bringing me multiple options and staying with me throughout the entire try-on process. They also asked thoughtful questions about the fit and comfort that I wouldn't have considered myself. Overall, it was a fantastic customer service experience! I wished I would have found them a year ago. I could have saved more money, then I actually spent with them. With the different shoes & inserts I ordered. Just to return. Few I couldn't return. This the only shoe store anyone would need!! Thx girls Y'all are the Greatest!! BTW Turned out the very first ones they had me try-on. Were exactly what I needed and got. I have super high arches. That are falling. Every step is painful, joints popping, & achilles tendonitis. No discomfort now.

  Today Brenda worked with me to get the perfect pair of shoes. I have bilateral hip dysplasia and a complete total right hip replacement. Not only did she listen she was helpful I walked out with the perfect shoes and a new local store to support. Thank you Brenda for your time and incite.

  Lex Running Shop was exactly what I needed. I've gotten into running over the past year, but my feet have been killing me. Some local folks recommend that I go to LSR to get a good pair of running shoes. Just as they promised, I got a friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable expert who helped me find the perfect pair. I was very happy with the great customer service (and I've been just as happy with my new shoes). Can't recommend this great little shop enough.

  I was passing through Lexington and came across LRS - What a find! Great selection of Uber cool running gear. They also gave me a great recommendation for a much needed trail run. Thanks for the recommendation - Brushy Hills Preserve was a fun run!
