The staff went above and beyond by bringing me multiple options and staying with me throughout the entire try-on process. They also asked thoughtful questions about the fit and comfort that I wouldn't have considered myself. Overall, it was a fantastic customer service experience! I wished I would have found them a year ago. I could have saved more money, then I actually spent with them. With the different shoes & inserts I ordered. Just to return. Few I couldn't return. This the only shoe store anyone would need!! Thx girls Y'all are the Greatest!! BTW Turned out the very first ones they had me try-on. Were exactly what I needed and got. I have super high arches. That are falling. Every step is painful, joints popping, & achilles tendonitis. No discomfort now.
