  The Polo Kids store is absolutely fantastic! The clothing is high-quality, stylish, and perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions. The designs are classic yet modern, and everything feels durable and well-made. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient, making shopping with kids a pleasant experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. Definitely a go-to place for fashionable kids’ clothing—highly recommended!

  I tagged along with a group of 3 friends here on November 29th. They each picked out a sweater that they wanted to buy. They split up when they were in line such that my first two friends were buying 2 sweaters in one purchase and my third friend was buying one sweater in a separate purchase. The person at the register said this wasn’t allowed. Only one sweater per purchase so my first two friends could only purchase one sweater for the two of them. I was a bit alarmed because we saw no indicator in the store that this policy existed. They accused my first two friends of trying to buy extra items for my third friend. We were told they limit the quantity they sell for specific items. There also seemed to be some confusion about this policy between store members. In the end, my three friends left with two sweaters when they wanted to buy three. Other customers were kept waiting while this situation played out. There were no signs explaining this policy to prevent something like this from happening. We didn’t get a clear explanation regarding the specifics of this policy and we all left unhappy. My friends shouldn’t be made to feel embarrassed due a lack of communication on the part of this store. Kind of a wack experience and I wouldn’t recommend going to a store that doesn’t try to keep its customers in the loop.

  I visited this store on November 14, 2025. During my visit, I selected five different items. Through FaceTime, my cousin liked one of those items, a cable-knit cardigan, and asked me to purchase another one in a different size for her kid. However, when I was checking out, the store manager informed me that I was not allowed to purchase two of the same item because, according to her, I had “bought too many of their products.” After reviewing the store’s inventory, she told me I could only purchase the cardigan in size L, but not in size XL, because they only had one XL left in store and needed to “save it for other customers.” As a result, I was limited to purchase the original five different items. After the visit, I reviewed the Ralph Lauren outlet purchase limit policy, which states: “5 units of the same style and/or color combination per customer, per day, and a total purchase limit of 25 units per customer or group per day.” Based on this policy, my request clearly fell within the allowed limits. I don’t want to say that the manager was intentionally rude or discriminatory, but the explanation I received was confusing and inconsistent with the published policy. I will be seeking clarification from Ralph Lauren’s customer service department or higher management.
