I have been here a few times and my service has been fantastic or miserable depending on who was helping me that day. And the same people provide the same service (good or bad) on multiple occasions, so it is not the case of someone having a bad day - that is what they are. They have a decent collection of all things Movado and some other brands and prices are good if the watch you want is one sale.
