A atendente neste momento foi ainda mais rude e disse que não poderia. Minha esposa perguntou como fazia para devolver e a atendente disse que se devolvesse, não poderíamos mais comprar na loja, o que é um completo absurdo. O problema não foi a política da loja, mas sim a forma como ela lidou conosco. Procurem outras lojas, a atendente foi bastante despreparada para lidar com clientes deixando uma experiência muito ruim com a marca. Se fosse minha funcionária, seria demitida.
