- BWBrad WilliamsJan 1, 20261.0Worst store ever! Do not shop here!! Bought two bags here for gifts and ended up needing to return them two weeks later. Before purchasing them I asked the sales clerk if they would be returnable since I was purchasing them as gifts. She stated that everything I purchased would be able to be returned as long as I had my receipt and did so within the 30-60 day window. What a lie! I had my receipt and tried to return the two bags less than two weeks later. These bags were in the exact same condition I purchased them in and were never used. They told me the bag was unwrapped and they could not sell it that way. I laughed at first thinking it was a joke since they sold me them in that exact condition. They were actually dead serious and would not allow a return despite just purchasing them and being brand new. Workers were so unhelpful and rude. Don’t shop here if you’re a human who has to make returns if your wife, kids or Mom etc. don’t end up liking something. I was a frequent customer and would spend roughly $2k a year here but since they have such poor customer service along with a rude staff I will be shopping elsewhere.

After we purchased 2 bags and when my mother (elderly) asked to put both purchased bags separately as its a gifting season. They refused. Even more expensive branded shops we have visited don't hesitate to give an extra paper bag. This was ridiculous. More ridiculous was the loud tone in which the store associate responded.
