- MRMelisa RyanAug 28, 20251.0Terrible experience they do not tell you before your purchase that it is not refund policy only exchanges. The manager didn't help me even with store credit. She said that it has to be just exchanges. I said nothing in the store appeals to me except one bag, but it is out of my budget. I asked her why the seller didn't warning me about the return policy before my purchase. She said that don't say it to customers. Well, they should tell me that because it's customers' rights to know that in advance. The reason of my return was because it was too small to fit my daily staff. I didn't use the bag, and it's an excellent condition. Now, I have to keep a bag that is useless to me, plus I waisted my money. It's not fair. Thanks, Melissa
