There is an Asian lady , I am not sure if she is the manager who behaves in a very cold and unprofessional manner every time she’s there when entering the store. She never greets and when asked for assistance she looks visibly annoyed and gives the impression that she has no intention of assisting you further she always has negative attitude. I called the store this morning to ask about a black tennis short that I saw yesterday and wanted have it on hold for me and get afternoon after work, her tone was curt , almost rude , and entire exchange was unpleasant. I am disappointed by the level of service, which does not reflect the standards one would expect from a store like yours ! I found out that she is the manager, she is very rude and unprofessional telling me that she doesn’t care and she is the manager so rude - I will never again put my foot on this store again 😡
