The following week I drove the hour back to the store for the manager to accuse me of putting the holes there myself and even though I had the tags and reciept he would not refund me. He printed me the warranty information and told me I would have to do the refund through corporate. So I filed a claim online and paid $10 to mail it in, only for it to be denied because it isn't warranty damage. Called corporate and they said I should have never been sent to them.
