I hadn’t even washed it, not even once. The stitching started coming off in multiple areas of the jacket. When took it back to the store and requested an exchange, the manager was extremely rude, laughed, and said “no, but you can file a warranty claim.” The store policy states “return an item within 60 days if you are unhappy with the product.” They didn’t even honor their own policy. I wasn’t even saying that was unhappy with it; I just said maybe this piece was not done right and simply requested an exchange. The manager went against their own store policy and was extremely rude to his own customer! Seriously? I’m taking my business elsewhere. While I understand this doesn’t fully reflect Columbia as a store, this poor customer service and rude manager is certainly not a good look for Columbia.
