  Much like everyone else the store does not visualize its return policy very well. I bought jeans that I was dissatisfied with but was told I can only get store credit. Not once was this made clear and even after contacting corporate nothing has been done. Not to mention the staff here are not friendly.

  So this has been the best service we have ever had at a Boss store. Not sure if something has changed but we came in for some shorts and left with 5 suits, 2 jackets and a ton of shirts and shoes… amazing service from Kongkham and Amar!

  Horrible experience in this store all the staff including the manager are so rude. I hope US take actions on these stores the way they treat their customers.

  I had an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at this Hugo Boss outlet. I purchased a jacket for $534, expecting quality and professionalism from a luxury brand. A few days later, when I went to wear it, I discovered the jacket was ripped. For a brand that claims to stand for craftsmanship and high standards, this was shocking. When I returned to the Leesburg Outlet to ask for help, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead of showing basic respect or concern, they acted as if I was an inconvenience. They refused to assist me in any way, even though the jacket was clearly defective. The way I was treated here was unacceptable. If you care about your dignity, your time, and your hard‑earned money, do not shop at this location. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially after spending over $500 on a single item.
