- EIerfan izadi6 days ago1.0I had a horrible experience with the store manager. I returned one of the suite I purchased because of the low quality and poor fit. He didn’t honor the return policy and insisted that he can only give me refund via gift card. I accepted the gift card since I didn’t have a choice. When I returned to the store to use the gift card, I was told it has zero balance and they couldn’t do anything about it. This is stealing in the daylight from a loyal customer. I will never go back.

The in-store policy on the main website doesn't match their receipt. Horrible experience, and I have an attorney involved due to their deceptive practices. They even have a fake non-functional unsubscribe on their email! Headed to junk now.

- CCChrisApr 24, 20222.0Good clothes, I've been buying Hugo Boss suits and ties for years. Though I found out when there is an issue, they don't stand behind their products. Bought a shirt, the first time I wore it I noticed a small tear which became a larger one as the day went on. When I went to return it they said they don't return things that aren't in salable condition and that all of their products are in perfect condition when they leave the store. It took some arguing, but they returned the shirt. I had planned on buying another from them to replace it, but after that service experience I doubt I'll go back. Terrible customer service experience overall, wish their policy was customer friendly.
