- LMLacey MillsDec 6, 20251.0Today around 1pm I took my children to see Santa at Santa’s Wonderland in Cabela’s, the young man (Gabriel, I believe) who was taking the photo was not focused and complaining about his job to (what looked like 3 friends) standing beside him. He had no communication, acted like we weren’t even there. It was so bad that Santa spoke up to my (13yo) so and said “Hold on Santa’s helpers aren’t doing a very good job right now”. After I watched Santa try to pose with my children about 2-3 times before he finally took a picture and Santa looking obviously frustrated. The photo I received wasn’t even the one of them smiling and very blurry. He (Gabriel) was all over the place, walked away after my photo was printed and left the older gentleman finish up with us… He was only working to push us along, worrying only about himself instead of the experience and memories families were trying to make with their children. This wasn’t a great experience and Santa thought so too.
