  I used this location to send flowers and chocolate covered strawberry cheesecakes to my wife's grandmother! She is currently in hospice care, so this was a nice surprise for her! I was not able to see the products, but I heard that everything was delivered as it should be and that the flowers were BEAUTIFUL for an older lady! Thank you for making her day!!!

  I had an amazing experience at this location. Johnny was incredibly helpful from start to finish and truly went above and beyond to help me place my order over the phone. His customer service was outstanding, patient, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. I’ll definitely be returning thanks to Johnny and his team’s exceptional service.

  I ordered a Dessert Board for our family on Christmas Eve. Delivery was prompt and the arrangement was beautifully presented. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. I order from this location a lot and love it!!!! I would give it 10 starts if I could!

  TLDR: Blame Edible and not the workers. Store opens at 9 AM but the workers didn’t come in until 9:34 AM. When I walked in, my order was not only NOT ready, but not even processed. The folks here are skilled but most of these reviews here are really because of Edible’s system of processing orders. Unfortunately, when you order the day/night before, their system may not complete your order, so you are supposed to call ahead to let them know about your order. The guy working there said he would have came in a few hours earlier if the order was processed on their side correctly.

  ABOVE & BEYOND. Exceeded my expectations. I placed an order online this morning at 3am for delivery today. I called at 11:15am to confirm my order and make sure it was even possible to fulfill with such short notice. Johnny answered the phone after one ring. He was honest- he said they are still working on it and it would be out by 4. He immediately asked me what time my husband leaves work. He changed the delivery time to an hour earlier and ensured me that my husband would have it an hour before he leaves. The delivery address is long distance too! I called to see if my order was even possible. Yes!! DELIVERED BEFORE 1:00 pm! I am completely blown away at how accommodating Johnny and his team are. Our 4th anniversary is a success and perfect!! Traditional: Fruit & Flowers (symbolizing growth, fertility, sweetness). Thank you, Johnny and team Haymarket! I appreciate you all so much!!!❤️❤️❤️
