I ordered two items to be delivered because the items wasn't available in-store. I didn't receive the item on the due dates I was told. So I called 3 days later to check on ordered and this is where my frustration came in. I pushed every department for 20 minutes and no one answered. Someone finally answered after 22 minutes just to tell me my item that was supposed to be delivered today, was still in the fulfillment center. Please do better with answering phones in a more timely manner for better customer service 🙏.

She was very helpful and made me want to come back to JC Penny. The beauty area is well kept and there is good variety here.
