Due to the holiday rush, we had difficulty finding an available associate to assist us at checkout and waited for some time, even considering leaving without making our purchase. Ms. Diya noticed that we were waiting and took the initiative to approach us and ask if she could help. From that moment on, her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency stood out. She checked us out quickly, greeted us with a genuine smile, and made what could have been a stressful moment feel pleasant and seamless. Given the busy nature of New Year’s Eve, her attentiveness and positive attitude made a lasting impression on us. We were both very impressed and felt it was important to share how much we appreciated her excellent customer service.
