  I was shopping for jeans at this location. I was in the store for about 8 minutes. I even had a pair of jeans to try on. 3 females were on the floor. No one greeted me. I took note of it. However when 2 other couples came in they were immediately greeted. I walked past all 3 employees again to give them an opportunity to greet me. They still did not. I put the jeans back.When I called to politely ask who the manager was on duty Sam said Sara, Samantha and Abigail were all managers on the floor. I will never shop this location again.

  Nothing against this specific AE location or the people who work here, but I used to love American Eagle jeans—my last pair lasted six years. I bought a nearly identical pair recently, and after just one month they developed a huge rip from normal use. Customer service refused to help at all because the tags were off and the jeans had been worn for a month. No replacement, no refund. The quality has clearly tanked and the prices have risen. Will not be trusting AE with my business again.
